When I wake up in the morning and the challenges of the day try to invade my mind, I reject the stigma that attempts to attach itself to me and I decide, IT’S GONNA BE A GOOD DAY WHETHER IT LIKES IT OR NOT! And when a person rides the elevator with me in the morning and they wear the challenges of their whole day on their countenance, I take that as an opportunity to spread my joy. Today, when I shared this with this young, wet-headed, professional guy, his response was, “That’s a good attitude to have.” His tone was peppered with a “good luck with that.”

It’s my assumption that most people don’t put enough weight on their train of thought. Most people dismiss thoughts like lint in their pockets. But, like lint likes to hide in pockets, so does money. If you dismiss certain thoughts, they sprout from seeds to forests in a matter of a few moments. And before you know it your life is set on a course that you may or may not agree with.

It is my conviction that if you:

Sow a thought, you reap an action…

Sow an action, you reap a habit…

Sow a habit, you reap a character…

Sow a character, you reap a destiny…

Therefore, a mere thought is the root of your destiny.

Be careful little mind what you think. Be careful little mind what you think. For the thoughts in your mind will be the results of your life. So be careful little mind what you think… remember that song? Could you hear it as you read? (lol) Maybe not. But, it’s true.

JUGGERNAUTS are intentional thinkers. This is a destiny-threateningly important skill to hone. The mind is the part of the soul that is responsible for germinating the seeds of your destiny. This is why the mind is the focal point of Romans 12:1-2. And it reads:

And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him. Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.

If you want to move your body, the vehicle to accomplish your destiny, you must think JUGGERNAUT thoughts. The power of the body is such a force that in order for you to fulfill God’s purpose it must die and become a “living and holy sacrifice.” Contrary to the ancient “escapist theology” of eschatology in Christianity, in this verse I see an emphasis on LIVING and not on heaven. Your life on earth is the reason that the body must be transformed. In fact, this is the purpose for Jesus’ existence – to transform us so that we can fulfill God’s purpose for our life.

JUGGERNAUTS thoughts Agree! God’s will IS Good, Perfect and Acceptable. And since God’s thoughts are higher than ours, His will can come off as hostile to our own plans. Which is why we must be transformed.

JUGGERNAUT thoughts are thoughts that propel us into the Perfect will of God. In that head space, Success is inevitable, Joy is imminent, Giants fall and days are won. But, in order to think like a JUGGERNAUT, you Must submit yourself to sacrificial transformation. It is the Only way to live a forceful life that not only pleases God, but will be an amazing adventure to boot.
